Clinical Approach
Reviews are conducted by Jessica B. Doto, BSN, MSN, APRN, ANP-C, whose clinical background spans emergency medicine, critical care, hospital medicine, and addiction medicine — providing the breadth of experience necessary to evaluate complex, multi-system cases.
Each review begins with a thorough analysis of the medical record, relevant clinical literature, and applicable standards of practice. Opinions are formed independently, without advocacy for either party, and are supported by the clinical evidence in the record.
