Clinical Approach
Evaluations are conducted by Jessica B. Doto, BSN, MSN, APRN, ANP-C, an Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical experience across emergency medicine, critical care, hospital medicine, and addiction medicine.
Each evaluation integrates the full clinical picture — medical and psychiatric history, substance-use patterns, prior treatment and response, current clinical status, and available collateral records — to produce a comprehensive, defensible clinical assessment.
Recommendations are individualized and based on the available clinical evidence, records, patient assessment, and accepted standards of care.
